

ATA Freight Announces Opening of New Warehouse in Izmir, Torbali.
ATA Freight is excited to announce the opening of a new 3.000 m2 warehouse facility in the Izmir, Torbali Industrial zone. This location is strategically located near the Pancar Industrial Zone and will provide a strategic spare part storage space for a recently contracted international Farm and Machinery customer. This warehouse is the 3rd of newly opened warehouses in Izmir since 2018. The new warehouse will also result in reduced freight expenses for ATA Freight’s customers.

ATA Freight has completed the first air cargo shipment from newly opened Istanbul Airport, the company said 18th of March. A consignment of 5234 kg textile was delivered from Istanbul to the Dhakka, Bangladesh. The company has made a significant contribution to this very first shipment and received a certificate of appreciation from Turkish Cargo.
Global Logistics provider ATA Freight already leased office at Istanbul's new airport, which is set to become the world's largest. Hasan Kaya, Airfreight Product Manager, sees the new airport as a significant opportunity for Turkey to become a regional logistics market.
Together with Turkish Cargo, we will be able to achieve even more for our joint customers on one of the world's most important trade lanes”, Kaya said. The two partners emphasized that further close cooperation with the aim of increasing the cargo volume is being sought. Both companies have been working together excellently for a long time.

ATA Freight met the logistics needs of the Turkey leg of the Star Refinery, the biggest project of all time in Turkey. The ATA Freight Industrial projects team handled around 350,000m3 and 140,000 tonnes of project cargo, along with 20,000 TEU of container shipping and 5000 tonnes of air cargo shipment. The six billion dollar project was completed this year and we continuously handled cargoes for three consecutive years to help finalise the project.

empowering opening speech, touching on the points of importance of the
